Now that I got your attention, whats the most yards an hour you have ever pumped and what size cylinders do you have..

That to personal about what size I have.

We ran 190 per hour with a 39 meter schwing with a 2023 system and 9" cylinders about 6 months ago. We out ran the mixers once each hour during the pour which was 580 yards

275 yards in 1 hour , with telebelt

average about 180-190 an hour on low side/rod side on a matt pour last sept. and with the same pump did 115 an an hour on the high side/piston side 38 stories up all with my 06' 39 schwing 2023-5 w/ 9" cup.....love the m-rock fine spline!!!!!

I pump a 39m Schwing also, 9" cyl M style rock valve. Do you get horrible boom surge pumping at high RPM and full flow?? I cant turn my pump control knob on the remote above 4 with the boom stretched out, it will surge up/down over 5-6ft.

check your back out riggers. they are probably floating. also check your soft switch make sure Its set to normal and not pressure control

Most ever is 210 per hour. But I have 11" cylinders on an old 2003 20 cell Putz. Cant realy control the ol" girl if ya turner up any higher. That is also 6" concrete probly a 4000 psi 70% sand 30% rock ( Cream of Rock Soup). Like pumpin butter.

got 220 yph for 4 hrs on a 38m 20 cell putzmeister , 11 inch barrels, that was on a 4 ft deep 5000 yard foundation , 2 pumps 13 hrs to pump it.
