sorry if this is a dumb question but is that concrete in the water box???

looks like the driver side piston had the centre bolt break leaving a big hole through the middle of the delivery piston (It lets out an air bubble every now and then)   Been there but never done that....

every time the bar cant get any lower... lol

That pump is too stupid to stop. It is a credit to the manufacturer.

I asked a guy one time to clean out the waterbox, and he swore that the pump didnt have a water box. I got onto the pump and the waterbox was hidden underneath 1/2 yard of conrete..

Karl Schlect would be proud. Finish job at all costs -> dont let customers down -> worry about pump at a later time.

So much wrong with that hehe, the heads are screaming mercy haha. I guess they will find out how much a set of heads will really cost, with rods and seals and on and on.

Agree there, but wow can you imagine what your rods would look like and seals with contamination in oil system, just a legistical nightmare, and probably wont fix it properly in the end, the machine would have quirks forever.

on a good note the concrete looks really good

and this is why you never buy a used pump from someone other than a dealer...a legitimate dealer.

That poor pump...just screaming...i cried a little inside...
