How long does it take you to fold up and wash your pump out HONESTLY?

can do in less than 10 in emergency but usually takes 20- 30 min if i do everything right, which means it goes out lookin like it came in

Yeah I agree 10 min in emergency but normally 30 mins any other time.

It depends on the size of the pump, how your washing the pump (Sponge/water/bucket) and the Job Site.

Washing out the hopper can easily be done in less than 10 minutes - especially if you're just doing a quick wash to get to another job.

The variable is how much dunnage needs to be picked up, where onsite you are able to wash - congestion...etc.  A good, qualified operator could milk this into an hour pretty easily... ;)

big boom - 30 minutes +/-

It varies with the duration of the pour.  If you are pouring for 8 hours its gonna take longer to clean that hard mud out.

20 to 25mins to fold after sponge/ball is back and put away tarp,no need trying to rush, it don't help.fast pour 1 or 2 hours pumping maybe 20 mins to washout,2 or more hours about 25 to 30 mins.so 45mins to a hour.

45 minutes. power washed back down to bare metal, not a spot of concrete to be found

Usually 30 to 40 mins just for the sponge and washout. Longer if alot of dunnage is used or if I have to find someplace to clean out.

Fill the hopper..bout'5 minutes! (Thats right I water wash).Fold up and pick up after an easy set up..10-12 minutes.Wash out,15-25 grease and all!! BUT Took me an hour today!! 100 degrees out (the mud was at 95-98),3inch slump,4 and a half hours for 70 yards!! AH the good ole Hopper F#$%^!N!!!! Had the Bar out hammers and every thing else out.I was 2 and a half hours from the shop!!...What a HUGE pile of SUCK that was!!!

Thanks Guys! You confirmed what I already knew, but just wanted to get it in writing. For those guys who said 10 - 15 minutes YOU ROCK! Pump it, Dump it, and Roll.....to the 2nd job......to the 3rd job.....i like. 8 )

if ive got 8 jobs. im only doing 1 washout. 1/2h with a rock - 1 hour with an S-tube. but since its the end of the day and i got nowhere to be, it takes as long as it takes till the hopper looks like it did before the prime.

In an emergency, depends on the pump and the mud in the hopper and the place.  when setup on ashfault the pool is already down.  !!!relieve pressure!!! open trans door, !!!stroke twice in reverse!!!, !!!scrape the cylinders!!!.  emergency washout --complete--  chiping the hopper is alot cheaper the a fine from the fisheries department and EVERYBODY sees a mess on the raod.  I have learnt this the hard way.  there are times i miss pumpin in the prairies.  keep em tire side down 

61m if im bookin can do it in 45 to an hour, Unless I can get the water truck to water wash then I dont have to wait so long to fill up my hopper. 35/40 min.

From the time it takes me to suck back , pack up move to washout and wash usually takes 1hr depending on how long the concrete has been in the hopper or if the mixer drivers have been over filling ......

i remember the days when id get 8 jobs.  suck the spong, scrape the cylinders and haul ass to the next site.

todays first job was 11 yards,took 1hr set up30mins pumping and 2 and a half hr wash down,second job was 30min set up 25min pump and 2hrs and 5min wash out.I LOVE MINIMUMS.
