just wondering how long the remote batteries last. i am on my third set with the fourth on the way in two years time.

It all depends on use temp and so on but I always discharge mine before charging them and I have almost 2 yrs on 3 batteries

Try this out the Omnex T-300 and you won’t be changing batteries but every six weeks; the last  five  new pumps I ran all came with these new remotes and they are extremely good; 100% water proof and like I said you will not be changing batteries. It runs like 20 hours after the low battery light comes on.

With the first one I ran I finally after six weeks of waiting for the battery’s to die out, changed them out and they had lots of time left;

Like 38zman Putz told me no need to discharge(yea right). I have found after spending too much money on batteries I use a eraser on the battery contact aswell as the charger. Works every time.
