Salesman are the worst thing to have as a pump company unless they are educated in the pumps my concrete salesman have no idea what pumps can to so when I pull up on the job I hear "well the salesman said you can do it this way" that's when I know it's gonna be a bad job then I do the job my way and all is well.

Sales personnel should have a Minimum of 5 years operating experience, I know what it's like to work under a super star " Hall of Famer" sales jackass, who can make any pump do any job under any condition regardless of what the operator says. My reply to " well the salesman says it can be done", well then call the sales ape out here to do the job.
