The r/f outrigger sure looks close,or my eyes are going bad.

 Why does no one ever bother to suck a ball and clear the boom in these types of situations?

If OH&S gets involved, they don't want the scene disturbed. All you can do is what is necessary to help the injured. In Canada, building collapse and crane/boom incidents OH&S must be notified.

I'm pretty sure this is one of the pumps that came back to our shop to be repaired after this accident. Apparently one guy was injured really bad.
