100-103 degrees the last 3 days in southern louisiana , please take precaution when working in this kind of heat, hydrate the night before for the next day, drink plenty of fluids water, gatorade, powerade, just be sure to drink more water than the powerades and such, eat fruits and vegetables they are high in water content , stay away from fried foods and big meals the body uses fluids to digest food and big meals will really put you down, just a few friendly reminders,be safe. |

this is so true, and so many guys underestimate the importance of being properly hydrated....if you have a bad headache, it can be early signs of a possible heat stroke...DRINK WATER!!! |

To funtion right you should drink about 2.5 leters of water every 8-9 hours eating fruit is a big advantage chocolate is another good one in moderation... Tuna is great ... I eat 1 banana 2 manderine 2 small chocolates 1 can of tuna and 2.5 leters of water on a normal day .. I find this keeps me going good im not full but im not overly hungry just right to work hard as I am a one man operation. |
