You pour out a 250 yrd slab and washout ready to go home. The super comes up to you after you washout and says hey i need you to pour out this sheer wall and columns. Why do they wait to tell you after you clean out and are folded up. So I had to set up all over again in the exact same spot. I was never told about the other pour. Come to find out it was a last minute desicion.

and its usually on a friday @6pm.

Here's what I don't like...

Ya...  left overs under the 's'-tube.  You go to run a pump that's not assigned to you and this is what you 'get' to deal with 1st thing in the morning.

Sometimes I wonder what these guys' homes look like...

I've had that happen, then they ran short, super. says the columns measured to be half yard each ( there was 4 of them) so he ordered 2 yards. He tried blaming me for running short.

we have a contractor that does this alot. thursday i was out pumping for them i roll up for some slab on grade. they ordered a 52 which is what i was. they show me where to set up and the first thing i say to my oiler is how much system you think i will put on? so eneded up being a 61meter. then i had to move for some colums. they werent even ready. i finally poured the 6 colums out then they say your done i will get you a water truck. i water wash and fold up. foreman come over and says hey we have to more over here that are not ready but want to pour. he tells me sorry. i tell him i will move and wash this pump out ten times if you want it fine with me just happy to be working for you guys.

It sucks,But you have to look at it this way.It,s more money in your pocket.Your wife will like it LOL
