Are there any operators on CP.com that worked on the Great River Bridge over the Mississippi River going into Burlington Iowa?

I know a bunch of Judge concrete Pumping and Pumpco Concrete Pumping operators that worked on the

Sunshine Skyway Bridge after a ship knocked out the original structure

I don't know if Jim Judge or Les Ainsworth ever paid the captain of the ship or not.
