there where 4 guys laying and finnishing 

english health & safty is crazy at momment ,anything that will save labour (work force) is offered .if I told this site manager that I was going to pipe the job on the ground he would of told me to get back in my pump an get the  f**k off site.

Have done that 3 setups and every time waiting for the rebar to get laid
