I wanted to see some pictures of some custom wash out tubs, I am making a few right now with wheels and was wondering if anyone else has got custom?

Have seen many guys use pools. Buy them for a few bucks and order a 100 at a time or more. Just hate to see them go to landfills when done. If they could clean them and recycle they would be great.

I guess the point I was making is the initial cost.To compete against somone like eco-pan it takes alot of $$$,even larger customer base.I have seen here locally along the highway jobs using pools.I can only guess being filtered into roll offs or hauled to landfills as site progresses.On paper it's a great idea designing your own tubs,startup a killer.

I used a kiddy pool once last year to wash out and the contractor was amazed, All they had to do was pick it up with the fork lift and put it in the garbage. They thought it was awesome and great for sites that dont think about pump washout 

years ago we did just that,sucking a ball.Today with the clean water act (EPA) life has changed.We even used to spin and wash into mixers,like double end hose,mixer driver getting hurt it's pretty much stopped.Think about the mess of 20 or 30 mixers or more.Thank goodness the contractor provides a wash out area.

In Sweden it is much more money when it is rebar in the washout . If We put some rebar today as We use to do the constructor go mad . They take it with a clamshell or forks on a wheelloader to pick it up . They dont want to have the rebar in the chrusher....

Don’t have any pics of ones with wheels on, first tray use to have wind down jockey wheels but due to the weight when full I think they broke, we provide a tray with all of our stationary pumps and use a pallet jack, forklift or site crane to move around and empty, and on mobile pumps if there is no tray it is sugared up and back to recycle plant or yard.

Dipstick you could have two kiddy pools one for the initial dump of dry concrete, then one for the wash water and some access mud, cheap enough and probably easier to despose of, hmm good idea and cheap.

I will be shopping for one or two for emergancies for sure, we have the bulk sack things, very pricey. And like mentioned not all that trust worthy. We can't washout anywere in our area, just travel back to RM plants to wash, but in emergamcies that would be cool.

I´ve bin linepumping for so many years and i don´t understand the probleme. Vasa did explained how it works - wat´s the probleme? A forklifter remove the concretecake - and that´s it....on a buildingplace. But in the centre of a town (my case in Stockholm) on the pavement is it (at least in Sweden) the costumers probleme to solve and care about the restconcrete. Not a pumpersprobleme - at least in Sweden. It´s a costumerprobleme....just let them solve it.

Yes, you have a point. But costumers in Sweden don´t want to pay for solving their pumpwashout-problem. It seems to be a rule in Sweden that every pump shuld be washed out at the concreteplant and then add a washoutfee on their bill. The costumers don´t care what ever. I know many pumpers who wash out in a ditch at the highway at the way from the buildingplaces. Not to recomend! 

We've been buying rather than renting and it's saving us a ton.  It's also cheaper than making your own.
