Im a new owner of an old pump company. The name is one of the oldest in the city and has been trampled due to poor management and bad operators. I am in cincinnati and work isnt exactly booming right now. I need some advice on how to get a good customer base, anyone that can help i would be greatly abliged. I have two 32 meters and a 36 meter.

The best thing to do is to get out to your regular customers and let them know its under new management its hard to fix a problem like that but its about the only thing you can do apart from giveing good service haveing good operators and hosemen.
