Hahaha, some buildingplaces i pump to, is working like that. There is a lot of shoemakers in buildingbusiness - at least in Sweden....And i´m sorry to say that every buildingplace i´ve seen that works like that, has workers from Poland, Russia...and so on..

Never that a real Swedish workingplace works like that. Swedish buildingworkers are extremly lazy (and never get 1 minute late for a break - but allways 20 minutes late back to work) but they do their work with an pressition nearly to  germans exactlyness. No harm to people from Poland and Russia - but i can only tell what i see every week sins many years ago. And in Sweden we allways use the German country as a reference for extreemly exactly perfect doned precision-job in all categoryes. That´s why Putzmeister is Putzmeister.
