I am happy to announce that the rumours you heard at WOC are true.  KCP is indeed designing and building a 70M to be introduced to the American market.

As far as some background on our company, Mr. Young is the engineer for KCP in Korea,ESTABLISHED IN 2000 and up until the end of 2006, KCP designed and built pumps for Concord.

Late in 2006, Concord and KCP separated and KCP America was established by Terry Holmes and Mr. Young to sell the KCP pumps directly to the AMERICAN, CANADIAN and MEXICAN markets.  KCP has a full product line of pumps ranging from the 28M up to the 65M (and soon to be the 70M)! We are also working on a couple of very large projects soon to be released
                   Watch for these!

As far as KCP West goes, they are simply a dealer for KCP America working in the Seattle area.

We have recently been in the design and development stages of a 70 meter concrete pump to be available later this summer. Because of recent events over the past few weeks, we have re-directed our attention to a 72 meter to be unveiled at the World of Concrete in Febuary. We are also working with our truck manufacturers and the department of transport to have the 72 mounted on an MR Mack.

The industry leader in large boom pumps invites you to stayed tuned for new developments and innovative ideas in concrete pumping.

Now it\'s up to a 72M, hmmm.  Perhaps someone over there in Germany has a 70+ meter in the works KCP got word of.  I can\'t wait to see Schwing\'s bigggg boom.

I am of the opinion that every boom over 50meters should have an oiler.

Why not, since the boom (70m-72m-80m-120m-whatever) needs two people; have the second man show up on the job with the boom... the operator would all ready be there with the carrier. Setting up.

And then I woke up from my nap and went back to work. ;~)

Young isn\'t a follower of European fashion. He is a leader!

Hey Mr. tebequip. Thanks for asking the question to get me on board. Todd\'s doing a great job with this site and I think the more people get involved the safer it gets for everone. The most important thing isn\'t the size of the machine or who uses who\'s pump, but that we all go home at the end of the day. Sorry, back to your question. As you know the east is really feeling the pinch, we are getting our share out there but anyone that says otherwise is full of #%&+.

Truth is everone makes a decent pump, now it\'s price, parts and service that makes a company, especially when times are tough.

Bob, keep pounding away. Maybe soon people will listen, for years I felt everything over 50 meters should have an oiler, it should be part of the cost of doing business. And yes (whoever said operators should have more say with ACPA etc). I,m all for that too!!

      Anyhow, please be safe

     VOTE  BOB FOR PRESIDENT
