Joshua Ponce currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of a prominent concrete pumping enterprise located in Northern Indiana. He brings more than twenty-five years of dedicated experience in the concrete industry to this leadership role.

Professional Experience Mr. Ponce began his career in the concrete sector in 1996, initially working as a laborer and subsequently transitioning into the role of concrete finisher. In 2004, he advanced to the position of supervisor with a decorative concrete firm. In 2015, he established his own independent business specializing in comprehensive flatwork concrete solutions.

In 2019, Mr. Ponce joined a major concrete pumping company that then employed twelve individuals. He initially served as a dispatcher and subsequently ascended through successive positions of increasing responsibility. Under his leadership, the organization expanded to twenty employees, at which point he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer.

He possesses extensive expertise in the planning and execution of large-scale concrete pours, as well as in the resolution of highly complex operational challenges within the concrete pumping industry.
