Parts and service are the foundation of Schwing’s success with five factory branches, 28 authorized Schwing dealers, 45+ factory parts and service staff, and $40 million in parts inventory. In order to better serve customers in the Southern California and southwestern US, Schwing has relocated their factory store. The new location is strategically located in the Inland Empire area of Southern California, and features more service bays, training space and a showroom. The overall effect of this move will be faster parts delivery and improved customer service for Schwing owners of boom pumps, line pumps and truck mixers.
